Caudal is launching its new product range at SIAM, Morocco’s leading agricultural trade fair.
From 2 to 7 May, we attended Morocco’s most important international agricultural fair, which takes place every year in the city of Meknès. The event brings together more than 1.400 exhibitors from all over the world and, of course, the entire Moroccan agricultural sector, across its more than 18 hectares.
This has been a very special edition, with more than forty talks delivered on such important topics as food security, sustainable agriculture and current developments in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors. These are issues with which we at Caudal are fully aligned.
Furthermore, we had the opportunity to share our stand with our trusted partners in Morocco, Inlay and LinaGreen. They are our best allies in this vital market. It was an opportunity for both sales teams to work side by side and create synergies across countries.
We were delighted to welcome many of our customers and industry professionals who were keen to see the launch of our two new product ranges, Caudal® PC Pipes and Caudal® S Pipes. This new development represents a further step towards the development and manufacture of our own high-performance, high-quality and sustainable products.
Trade fairs are a place to meet and reconnect with potential clients and old friends – a perfect opportunity to build business relationships and gauge the pulse of a sector that continues to grow. Let us not forget the importance of the sector in this country: as the Moroccan Minister for Agriculture, Mohamed Seddiki, recently pointed out, the agricultural sector has contributed to the creation of more than 50 million jobs over the last decade, whilst agricultural GDP rose from 62.000 million dirhams (5,500 million euros) to 125,000 million dirhams (11,200 million euros) over the last ten years.
