Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting with the Vice-President and Regional Minister for the Interior, José Ángel Antelo, to present our Irrigation and Water Efficiency Technology Park project at our facilities. As leaders in the production of water technology for the agricultural sector, we are working on a sustainable industrial expansion for the water sector covering more than 400,000 square metres in Puerto Lumbreras, which will be open to companies and start-ups dedicated to any aspect of the irrigation chain, from raw materials and logistics to innovation. During the meeting, the Vice-President praised the success of our group, established in 1995, and highlighted the importance of our project for the region.

Sustainability is one of our core values, and we are committed to developing technologies and solutions that are environmentally friendly.
At Grupo Caudal, we believe that sustainability is key to the future of agriculture and the water sector. That is why we are committed to leading the way towards a more sustainable future by developing environmentally friendly technologies and solutions. Through our forward-looking project, we aim to become the first energy community in the Region of Murcia and to lead the way in sustainable irrigation.
In addition to the Vice-President and the Regional Minister for the Interior, José Ángel Antelo, the visit was also attended by the Director-General for Spatial Planning and Urban Development, José Tomás Bernal; our CEOs, Pedro Luis González Ruiz and María José Martínez; the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, María Ángeles Túnez; the Second Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Public Safety, Emergencies and Economic Development, Jerónima Reinaldos; and the Councillor for Public Spaces, Cristina Herrero.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our project. We’re excited to see what the future holds!
As we like to say at Caudal: water. people. future.
