Over the past month, we have strengthened our international presence by taking part in two of the sector’s most important events: Agritechnica, in Hanover (Germany), and Sitevi, held last week in Montpellier (France). Both trade fairs have provided a key opportunity to showcase our irrigation solutions and to consolidate our position in strategic markets.
Sitevi is one of the key events for the wine, olive oil and specialist crop sectors. From 25 to 27 November, thousands of visitors sought solutions that would enable them to produce more efficiently and use water more responsibly. In this regard, our stand B6 C 012 welcomed numerous professionals of various nationalities keen to learn more about our technology for underground drip irrigation.
‘Cu Protect’: a system that’s one step ahead
The latest addition to our range is ‘Cu Protect’. This system incorporates copper oxide (Cu₂O) directly into the dripper material during manufacture, creating a physical and biological barrier that prevents root intrusion without the need for external chemicals.
Agriculture is moving towards models in which anticipating problems is just as important as solving them. That is why technologies capable of protecting facilities, reducing the need for maintenance and ensuring uniform irrigation have become key tools, enabling growers to focus on what really matters: their crops.
Throughout both trade fairs, our technical and sales team heard first-hand the needs of farmers, distributors and technicians seeking reliable solutions to tackle a future characterised by water scarcity and the need for efficiency.
