This year at Caudal, we are showcasing our latest innovation in underground irrigation at this leading international horticulture trade fair. This pipe is fitted with a high-strength, self-regulating cylindrical dripper. The main new feature is the integration of Cu Protect technology, which incorporates copper oxide directly into the dripper material during manufacture.
Thanks to this technology, a physical and chemical barrier is created that inhibits root growth and penetration, providing active, effective and sustainable long-term protection. Furthermore, Cu Protect helps to minimise the proliferation of algae, bacteria and fungi within the irrigation system, significantly reducing the risk of blockages and maintenance costs
